Codeks Apartment Kit is software designed for use in small hotels or apartment complexes (recommended for 10 rooms). It includes tools for managing hotel guests and reservations as well as monitoring access to individual hotel rooms and public hotel spaces.

Guest check-in

When checking in, the receptionist must activate his reservation and issue him with an RFID data carrier, for example a card, which will allow him to access the hotel room assigned to him.

Guest access rights are already prepared in the system, although they are only activated after the guest arrives and checks into the hotel.

Send access rights

When the guest is logged in, the server with the Codeks Apartment Kit software installed initiates sending access rights to the appropriate hotel rooms.

 
After granting guests access to a given hotel room, they are automatically granted access to public spaces such as dining room, parking lot, spa, etc.

Upon arrival at their assigned hotel room, guests can already enter the room and use all hotel services in other common hotel areas.

Thanks to the use of card-operated hotel switches, you can significantly reduce electricity consumption in the rooms and at the same time obtain information whether a given guest is in the room or not.

Room management

Using the tools available in the Room Editor, it is possible to create a hotel structure. It allows the configuration of hotel rooms and public hotel areas, as well as the connection of all hardware devices for access control. The recommended maximum number of rooms and common areas to be managed from the Codeks Apartment Kit software is 10.

Reservation Overview

The Reservation Overview editor includes a booking spreadsheet that displays a monthly overview of your booking by room.

Guest management

Through the Guest management tab, you can add hotel guests' reservations and assign them specific permissions for a specific period of time.

Reports

In the Reports tab, you can view data and create reports on hotel guests.
