400 rooms with access control in a single system from WANO – Hotel Bałtyk in Kołobrzeg
We have completed a major project for the hotel industry, delivering a comprehensive access control and energy management solution for 400 access points.
A project of this scale required a consistent and reliable system capable of efficiently managing access to guest rooms, common areas and other designated zones throughout the hotel.
The following solutions were installed as part of the project:
- vG-BL8 H2 electronic hotel locks,
- vGateway 2 WiFi communication gateways,
- vG-DS2 door sensors,
- vG-BLreader 2 access control readers,
- WPS-01 energy-saving switches.
The vG-BL8 H2 electronic locks form the core of the system, providing convenient access management using PIN codes, proximity cards and a mobile application. The vGateway 2 WiFi devices connect the system to remote management functions, while the vG-DS2 sensors enable door status monitoring.
The vG-BLreader 2 readers were installed in areas requiring independent access control. The solution was complemented by WPS-01 energy-saving switches, supporting more efficient energy management in hotel rooms.
The key aspect of this project was its scale: 400 access points integrated within one consistent solution. The implementation demonstrates that WANO systems can be successfully deployed not only in smaller facilities, but also in large hotel developments requiring reliability, a unified device standard and efficient management of hundreds of access points.
