Virtual Reception means check-in and check-out without the participation of the reception staff

The hotel guest has the option of checking into the hotel on his own without coming to the reception desk. Check-in and check-out from the hotel using your mobile device, phone or tablet. The receptionist (hotel employee) will automatically receive all the necessary information regarding the check-in / out process in the hotel program. Virtual Reception is an application integrated with the Econcept PMS hotel program and the Booking Engine reservation system. The advantage of the application is the possibility of using mobile key solutions for hotel locks and remote locks for apartment codes. Virtual Reception is a proprietary solution of the Ekoncept company, which complements the PMS hotel program.
