Codeks Hotel is an add-on to the Codeks software development, which works based on the cooperation of the Codeks AC application. The Codeks Hotel add-on is intended for use in small and medium-sized hotels. Codeks Hotel addon includes hotel booking management and tools to control access to hotel tools tools and hotel counts.

Guest check-in

When checking in, the receptionist must activate his reservation and issue him with an RFID data carrier, for example a card, which will allow him to access the hotel room assigned to him.

Guest access rights are already prepared in the system, although they are only activated after the guest arrives and checks into the hotel.

Send access rights

When the guest is logged in, the server with the Codeks Apartment Kit software installed initiates sending access rights to the appropriate hotel rooms.

After granting guests access to a given hotel room, they are automatically granted access to public spaces such as dining room, parking lot, spa, etc.

Upon arrival at their assigned hotel room, guests can already enter the room and use all hotel services in other common hotel areas.

Thanks to the use of card-operated hotel switches, you can significantly reduce electricity consumption in the rooms and at the same time obtain information whether a given guest is in the room or not.

Reservation Overview

Reservation Overview is the main editor that allows you to manage your reservations and guest details. In the Reservation Overview, you can view the monthly reservation spreadsheet and add, edit and delete hotel reservations.

Room Overview

In the Room Overview you can see the current status of all rooms in the hotel.

Reports

In the Report Viewer, you can view hotel and guest booking data as well as create various reports and export data.

Adding guest

In the booking overview tab, you can enter basic booking information, add guests and guest details, assign rooms and access privileges to guests, and check-in and check-out guests.
